Summer Specialties


rosemary basil mojito

glass: collins
technique: shake & strain
garnish: rosemary stalk
ingredients: barcardi limón rum 1.25oz
fresh lime ½ (juiced)
fresh basil 6-8 leaves
fresh rosemary 1 stalk
soda water fill
preparation: in a mixing glass, muddle lime juice, basil leaves and bar syrup. add rosemary sprig, ice and rum. shake and strain over fresh ice. top with soda water and stir lightly. garnish with rosemark stalk.



strawberry cilantro margarita

glass: martini
technique: shake & strain
garnish: lime wedge with cilantro leaf
ingredients:
sauza hornitos reposado tequila 1.25 oz
dekuyper triple sec .75oz
finest call strawberry puree .25oz
finest call sweet & sour 2oz
fresh cilantro 4 leaves
fresh lime 1 wedge
preparation: in a mixing glass, gently bruise cilantro leaves with muddler. add all ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. strain into a martini glass. garnish with a lime wedge & cilantro leaf.
